Ryan becomes the prime suspect
At dawn, a fisherman finds Nathan buried in the sand. The unconscious, dehydrated and hypothermic teenager was rushed to the hospital.
A few hours later, Nathan regains consciousness. Captain Hassan visits the young man from the forest. Unfortunately, Nathan, who is still weakened, has no idea who did this to him. Although he doesn’t remember what happened on Friday night, he does remember waking up in a dark place that was very resonant and cold.
In turn, Etienne takes Dorian to the hospital so he can visit his friend. As he heads to his wife’s office, Etienne listens to Bruno on the phone talking to his partner. And of course, Bruno seems to know the identity of his son’s attacker.
Not far from there, Damien goes to the police station with a huge bag full of sand that Nathan was buried in to analyze it. Georges, on the other hand, recently had his blood tests done. Unsurprisingly, the results confirm that he was indeed drugged with acepromazine, a sedative used by veterinarians. At the same time, Etienne arrives at the station and reports to the police the tenor of Bruno’s discussion that he overheard earlier.
At the same time, Bruno calls out to Victor as he leaves the house and accuses him of almost killing his son. As Tony escalates, Victor slams him hard against the wall and then reminds him that he owes him two months. Shortly after the scene, Lisa and George are taken to the police station.
At the scene, Victor explains to the police that he hired Bruno to renovate the commercial space. Since he needed money, he agreed to give him a two-month advance. Only, the work has not started yet and Bruno has 800 euros. The latter accuses Victor of attacking his son for not repaying him. Faced with this accusation, the businessman replies that his time is worth more than that and then confirms to the investigators that he was at home with his son when Nathan disappeared. Therefore Victor was released.
Later, Julie and Bruno arrive at Nathan’s bedside. If he still doesn’t know who attacked him, Nathan remembers the fight with Ryan that day in high school.
Meanwhile, Karim returned. An opportunity for him to confide in Georges about the problems he is having with Anne over Rome. Unfortunately, their discussion is interrupted by a call from Nathan informing them of his argument with Ryan.
So at the end of the day, Lisa waits for Ryan at the end of high school and then asks him about Friday night’s schedule. The teenager then points out that he was walking alone on the banks.
Damien manages to analyze the sand where Nathan was buried and the DNA found is none other than Ryan’s…
Martin and Rafael play a game of cat and mouse
At the police station, Martin is looking through profiles on a dating app when he runs into Rafael Perot. Just then, Nordin burst into his father’s office. Seeing this, she picks up her cell phone and likes the lawyer’s profile, much to the displeasure of Martin, who fears that Rafael believes he is flirting with her.
A few hours later, Rafael enters the police station. And as much as it should be said, Commander Constant doesn’t waste time on his dating app profile.
Later, Martin and Nordin have lunch at the Spoon. Since Rafael liked his profile, leaving him a message to recreate it, the policeman doesn’t know what to do anymore. That’s why Nordin recommends inviting him for a drink. While Martin thinks it’s all a simple game, Nordin says she’s sure Rafael is flirting with her.
At the end of the afternoon, Chloe and Rafael drink tea at the spoon. An opportunity for a lawyer to tell a friend that Martin asked her out for drinks on Valentine’s Day. He says it’s a joke, but Chloe convinces him otherwise. During this exchange, Rafael discovers that Martin was having an affair with Chloe, but also with Victoire.
Francois and Alain are making up for lost time
Charlie goes alone to Alain Lehout in Spain. The latter can beg to be left alone, the young woman insists and hands him a photo with Francois on a bicycle. Allen makes him realize that he is not worth it. Charlie then says that Francois isn’t coming back and risks losing him a second time. Although she refuses to listen to him, Charlie doesn’t let himself get discouraged, stating that Francois just wants to get to know him and that he can’t succeed in life without her. After snapping the photo, Allen stares blankly at it.
Eventually, she is invited to Charlie’s house for lemonade. After Francois arrived, Allen says the photo was kind of evocative because for 27 years she had dreamed of the blue-eyed child falling off her bike. In addition, it also has in mind the image of the park, the gazebos and the big magnolias. Francois, on the other hand, tries to hold back his emotions and even sheds a few tears. And for good reason, it was the park next to their house where he learned to ride a bike. Realizing that he had hurt her the day before, Allen apologizes to her and then explains that the whole thing is making her dizzy.
During the conversation, Francois tells him that his mother died a few years ago. Hearing this, Allen apologizes for being a coward. When he woke up with amnesia, his only hope was Patrick Faure, who advised him not to reveal his past. Francois then explains to him that Patrick didn’t really save his life.
Allen later confides in his amnesia. If he tried to keep his wife and the life they were building, he also felt cheated. In fact, he left her. Two children were born from this marriage. One now lives in the US and the other in Canada. Be that as it may, Alain is eager to make up for lost time with François and get to know him. The desire is clearly shared by François, who tells him how he came to Spain.
At the end of the day, Alain walks Francois and Charlie to their car. Before leaving, Francois presents him with the famous Air Force Medal. Determined for the future, Allen promises to come and see her on the set to meet Adam. Once they promised to remember each other, father and son hug each other warmly.
On the way back, François is grateful to Charlie for everything he has done for him, but above all for supporting him to the end. When she asks how he could thank her, Charlie implies that he really wants her. So they decide to stop at a hotel on the way.
