On Friday, February 17, it all starts here…

Thomas helps Salome

At the entrance of the institute, Faye tells Latour about the fight with Salome the day before, mostly blaming him. But Solal fights to protect her because even though she signed the contract, she didn’t know she had to make so many sacrifices.

During this time, Thomas goes to the Institute to sign the end of the contract and retrieve his belongings. In the park, he meets Laetitia and Kelly. The latter takes the opportunity to tell her that after some reflection, she is ready to give their relationship another chance. Thomas is very grateful. Along the way, he meets Salome and learns that she was on the verge of leaving the project because Fayette is turning it into an industrial franchise. But he stayed with the contract they signed together.

Thomas then goes to the atelier to see Salome and informs her that he bought the contract from Fayette so that she can regain her freedom. He offered the investor to work with him instead of an international bakery franchise. Thomas makes it clear that he does not expect anything from Salome and that he only did this to make up for the harm he had done to her. As Salome thanks Thomas, Gaitan arrives at the atelier and sees them together.

In the sports session, Gaetani takes revenge on his students by being too demanding in their exercises. Livio and Enzo suspect that he saw Salome and Thomas together in the atelier. Annoyed by their discussion, Gaetan forces them to do 40 push-ups.

On the other hand, Salome is having dinner in the park with Anais. She admits she’s relieved she won’t be continuing the project, though she’s a little disappointed it didn’t turn out as she’d hoped. He adds that he owes it to Thomas to remove the thorn from his side, because even if he doesn’t want to get back with her, he shouldn’t be upset.

After which, Salome approaches Teyssier at CDI to tell him that her collaboration with Fayette is canceled thanks to Thomas buying out her contract. Therefore, he asks the principal to reinstate him as a professor. She points out that if he’s going to fire her anyway, he should logically fire Louis and Charlene, who cheated on both of them. Salome is also ready to talk about it with Roz. Teissier surrenders to this blackmail and agrees to restore Thomas to the institute. He is impressed by the student, who admits he was at a good school to get what he wants.

Salome then meets Thomas in the park. She informs him that he can keep his job because he insisted on Teyssier. Salome explains that she did it primarily so that she could continue to see her daughter. Thomas promises that he will make an effort to find out how he got there, and in particular, he will provide counseling. Salome encourages him in this regard and declares that there is no hope for their relationship. Thomas is hurt, but he understands.

In the evening, Salome cooks dinner for Mare Salanti’s roommate. She also states that she is going to go back there because she is no longer with Thomas. Gaitan is surprised by this information, because he saw them together in the atelier. But Salome assures him that everything is over. However, he still does not know if he is ready to start a new relationship. In the end, Salome realizes that she is taking too much and admits to Gaita that she really cares for him. And not just as a friend. Then he approaches her and they kiss…

Samya is suspicious of Tom

Bill and Tom wake up after sleeping together. Bill is feeling a little better. They both start to panic when Samia knocks on the door. They hurry to the bedroom entrance, Tom hiding behind Billy, who insists that his friend, who had come to bring him focaccia, stay on the other side. Although Samia wants in on the promise to keep her distance, Bill flatly refuses.

During the day, Bill stretches his legs a little in the corridors of the Institute. She meets Samya and asks her to have some fun and tell her some gossip. Samia then tells her that Tom, who is on Guino’s course with her, had to go to Cannes the day before for an interview at a star restaurant. In the end, she didn’t go, citing that the restaurant wasn’t good enough for her, which Samia honestly found odd.

In the afternoon, Tom returns to find Bill in his room, bringing bags of candy and Japanese cartoons with a USB key. Everything he likes. Bill asks him about the Cannes interview. Tom admits to her that he didn’t leave because he preferred to stay with her. Very upset, Billy thanks her for being there.

Later, during Guinot’s class, Solal learns about Bill from Samia. The latter finds him so attractive that he worries about her because he knows about their adventures together. But Solal insists he never slept with Billy. Returning to the work plan, Samia notices that Tom, her friend, has smallpox spots on his neck. When he asks if he’s seen Bill recently, Tommy says no.

Axel and Ethan fight for Teysier

In the studio, Axel and Jasmin are cooking together for training. Axel continues to bake in hopes of convincing Teyssier, while Jasmin returns to cooking meat and fish, despite doubts about her skills. Clotilda accidentally comes to the studio and asks to taste their plate. He gives Axel some advice, then congratulates Jasmine on her dish and announces that he’s going to place her in second place at the Taste Festival. Jasmine is delighted.

Later, in the student hostel, Kelly informs her classmates that Principal Mayer has also chosen another.

In class, Ethan suddenly realizes that he turned down the second post his mother offered him. But Axel tries to motivate him to give his all in Teissier’s eyes. The latter asks his students to work for two hours on a free creation around caramel.

At the end of two hours, Teissier looks at the students’ plates, mostly disappointed by their lack of creativity. He’s still interested in Ethan: candied mango with caramel, creamy dark chocolate, milk mousse with Thai rice and passion fruit sorbet. After tasting, Teissier notes a very pleasant balance of flavors.

Then it’s onto Axel’s plate: millefeuille plums with chamomile caramel. He explains that he bets more on textures than on taste, which Teissier, after tasting his dessert, generously welcomes. That’s why Teissier announces that he is choosing his nephew for the second time.
