‘The Last of Us’: The trailer for episode 1×07 delves into Ellie’s story

The end of episode 1×06 of ‘The Last of Us’ left us with a great unknown. To be more precise, he left us with “LA” unknown. What happened to Joel (Pedro Pascal)? Survive to? Who attacked them? Will Ellie (Bella Ramsay) have to continue her path alone?

At the moment, the trailer for the next episode is not that it clears up much of our doubts either. It is true that no trace of joel, and that we only see Ellie in what appears to be the academy where she trained to be a future Phaedra agent. Therefore, if she is a flashback, it wouldn’t make sense for Joel to have a presence. But that doesn’t mean that… Are they going to leave us another week with the intrigue? It seems that this seventh chapter will be based on the DLC of the video game titled ‘The Last of Us: Left Behind’in which Ellie was trying to find medicine to cure Joel (who is not dead, at least in the game) and Ellie’s story was told a few months before the start of the events of the HBO Max series.

On this trip to the past we will meet Riley (Storm Reid), Ellie’s friend at the Academy (and from what we intuit in the images, maybe something else) and a character well remembered and loved by fans of the original material.
