Passenger | How to see my Uber ratings

Do you have good or bad grades in Uber? See the step by step and discover the reviews made by the drivers

Ever wanted to find out what ratings you’ve received from motorists? Super? Just as there is a field to evaluate the person’s work during the journey, drivers can also assign a score from zero to five to passengers.

Grade is an important factor in drivers’ choice of trips. The app doesn’t reveal the cutoff point, but passengers with low ratings can’t request rides through the platform. Criteria such as punctuality, compliance with service standards and friendliness can contribute to the five stars.

In the privacy settings of the app you can see how many times you have received each star, as well as check the rating with the average of the last 500 rides on the platform. Watch the step by step.

Can I see who gave Uber a bad rating?

NO. The platform only shows how many times your profile has received this rating, but does not inform the name of the driver or the date of travel with this rating.

What other account information does Uber provide?

The privacy center of the application has a summary of your profile on the platform. With this feature, you can view data on key usage patterns: Stats include number of days used, total trips, ride pattern, rating, and Uber Eats orders.

Also, the app allows you to find the record with all trips and even download a file with all this information.
