Condensed milk bread
Time: 50 minutes (+1 hour rest)

Ingredients:
- 2 tablets of organic fresh yeast (30g)
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/2 cup oil (tea).
- 4 eggs
- 5 cups wheat flour (approximately)
- Oil and wheat flour for greasing
- 1 egg yolk for brushing
Coverage:
- 1/2 can of condensed milk
- Coarsely grated coconut for sprinkling
Preparation method:
- In a blender, beat the yeast, condensed milk, milk, oil and eggs until smooth.
- Transfer it to a bowl and add the flour, little by little, until it no longer sticks to your hands.
- If necessary, add more flour.
- Divide the dough into 10 parts.
- Form each one into a not too thin roll and twist it.
- Place on a greased and floured baking tray, cover and leave to rest for 1 hour.
- Brush with egg yolk and bake in a preheated medium oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
- While still hot, drizzle with condensed milk and sprinkle with grated coconut.
- Let it cool and serve.
