M3GAN wins videos with bloodier and more violent scenes; watch

Originally, M3GAN was intended for ages 18+, but the studio lowered its rating after interest from young audiences.

One of the horror films that stood out the most in 2022 (and also in 2023, when it hit Brazilian theaters) was M3GAN which, in addition to being confirmed by the Universalwill receive a version for people over 18 years old, in the United States, in the next few days – and won some clips that show more of the guaranteed violence.

So far, there is still no confirmation whether the bloodiest and most violent version of the production directed by Gerard Johnstone will arrive in Brazil. In the United States, it will arrive on February 24, 2023 in digital media, while the blu ray will arrive on March 21 in the country.

It is worth remembering how, originally, the version of M3GAN that would be released in theaters would already be for people over 18 years old. However, as the first trailers went viral on social networks, the studio decided to cut out much of the violence and blood, in order to receive more audiences in movie theaters (because the indicative rating would allow a wider range of audiences).
