The actor said he had all it takes to debut in the soap opera Amor Perfeito
Actor Rafael Cardoso, 37, revealed the end of his 15-year relationship with actress Mariana Bridi, the mother of his daughters, made its debut on a TV Globo soap opera last year.
The artist, who had recently recovered from infectious cellulitis, said everything was in order to make his debut in the soap opera Amor Perfeito, but ended up refusing to participate.
“I asked to leave because of everything that was going on,” the actor said in an interview with CARAS Brasil.
According to Rafael, who had already recorded some scenes and even shot publicity photos, he was unwilling to provide 80% or less work for viewers.
“I had never turned down a soap opera before. I sat down to talk to Globo’s HR team and everyone thought it was best. In my life, I don’t do anything halfway,” the actor said.
