‘The Last of Us’: Premiere time of chapter 1×07 of the series on HBO Max

The end of the sixth episode of ‘The Last of Us’ has left us with our hearts in a fist. Obviously, right now the question that we are all asking ourselves is if Joel (Pedro Pascal) is alive or dead. But, if we look at the trailer for the next chapter, it seems that the HBO Max series will take a detour delving into Ellie’s past (Bella Ramsey).

It seems that episode 1×07 of ‘The Last of Us’ will be based on the DLC of the video game titled ‘Left Behind’in which Ellie tries to get medicine to cure Joel and the story of the young woman was told a few months before the start of the events of the series.

On this trip to the past we will meet Riley (Storm Reid), Ellie’s friend in the FEDRA Academy (and from what we intuit in the images, maybe something else) and a character well remembered and loved by fans of the original material. The trailer for the next episode doesn’t seem to clear us up about whether Joel is alive or dead. No trace of Joel, and that we only see Ellie in what appears to be the Academy where she trained to be a future Phaedra agent. Therefore, if she is a flashback, it wouldn’t make sense for Joel to have a presence. But that doesn’t mean that… Are they going to leave us another week with the intrigue?
