Lost Fans have seen and re-watched all episodes of the 6 seasons offered by the series by Jay Abrams, Jeffrey Liber and Damon Lindelof. However, there are cut scenes, including one that takes place even before the series begins and on the island.
The missing person is known from the inside by his fans, who are called “missing”, but some of them have never even seen these pictures. This is a short video released to fill the gap between the 3rd and 4th seasons of the series. The new scene takes place in front of the show’s official pilot.

On the island we find Dr. Christian Shepard, played by John Terry, Vincent, Labrador asking for help, which we see regularly throughout the series.
At this time, it is still unknown that Christian possesses a mysterious man in black, which probably explains why he understands perfectly well what the dog is asking of him.
This short sequence fits in perfectly with the continuity of the series and perfectly connects with the official opening of the pilot, Jackie waking up in a bamboo forest.
