How to get a loan using a work process as collateral

The novelty concerns those who have an action in progress and need money to pay off debts or make investments.

There are more than 7.4 million active labor lawsuits in Brazil. Many do not know it, but those who have an ongoing lawsuit at the Labor Court can use it as a guarantee to obtain a personal loan.

“It is a new method that was created to help those who need money or want to invest value in their business, but do not have assets to guarantee. The granting of the loan follows all the rules established by the Central Bank”, explains Denys Paulon, founding partner and director of financial and investor relations of Anttecipe, a company that buys business cases and which has identified the demand for the new service.

“We sometimes hear clients say that they need money, but specific amounts to pay off a debt, and that they don’t need the full value of the process right now. It was from there that we developed the loan with guarantee process,” he adds.

How to make your request

To take out a work-related loan as collateral through the Anttecipe platform, follow these steps:

  • • Log in to place of the platform and make the request with the amount you want for the loan;
  • • On the website you must indicate the estimated value of the claim, your name, email, contact telephone number, case number and name of the named company;
  • • The amount of the loan that the person will request must be compatible with the amount of compensation requested in the process;
  • • The job request must be in the second instance;
  • • The company named by the plaintiff must have a solid position in the market;

“Faced with the economic difficulties experienced by families, this is an alternative that can alleviate the situation of those who need to pay off debts or even need resources to invest in some business. The operation is agile and within 24 hours of signing the contract, the money is in the client’s account,” explains Herbert Camilo, founding partner and director of operations at Anttecipe.
