A new epic 10-episode action movie “Balkan Wind” is being prepared for release, starring Milos Bikovich and Oksana Akinshina. The first trailer has already been released and the release date has been revealed. Filming of the series took place in Russia, Serbia, Croatia and Montenegro. In addition to Akinshina and Bikovich, the cast also included international artists, including Eric Roberts, William Baldwin and other movie stars.

I really value this project, in which I not only play the main role, but also am one of the producers. I put a lot of effort and energy into it, and I am very glad that the Russian audience will see it very soon, – says Milos Bikovich, who, in addition to playing the main role, also took the producer’s chair. – This is a good opportunity for viewers to look into the underground gloomy world from a safe distance, get to know this world and draw their own conclusions.

In the center of the plot is the conflict between the Belgrade crime boss Petar Marash (Bikovich) and the curator of the Serbian underworld named Red (Aleksandar Bercek). The enmity begins because of a piece of land in the Serbian hinterland, through which part of the gas pipeline will pass and where the interests of Russian and American intelligence agencies intersect. Fleeing from mercenaries, Marash finds himself in Russia, where he encounters secret service agent Larisa (Akinshina) and unwittingly becomes involved in the death of her brother. An all-out hunt is declared for Petar. He becomes a target for Serbian, Russian and American special agents, as well as powerful mafia clans throughout South-Eastern Europe…

The premiere of the Balkan Wind series will take place exclusively in the Okko online cinema in just a week, on March 8.
