President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva said this Thursday that all decisions taken by the government pass through him and, therefore, are political decisions, rejecting that there has been a victory of the economic area over politics in the decision to re-burden gasoline and ethanol.
“There was no economic victory over politics because all decisions pass through me. Since all decisions pass through me, decisions are political,” Lula said in an interview with journalist Reinaldo Azevedo, of BandNews.
Lula also reiterated his criticisms of Petrobras over the amount of dividends paid to shareholders.
