Room of Wonders is adapted from Julien Sandrille’s novel of the same name, which tells the story of Thelma and her 12-year-old son, Louis. Although the latter is caught between life and death after a terrible accident, this mother, whose fate changes overnight, decides to make the boy’s dreams come true in the hope that he will come out of his coma.

Once again underlining her talent and her palette as an actress, Alexandra Lamm works wonders in the role of this mother, giving a performance full of subtlety and emotion.
