The Greatest Movies of All Time, According to Wes Anderson [LISTA]

Known for his unique directing style in films (whether live-action or stop motion), Wes Anderson commanded productions such as The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou (2004), The Grand Budapest Hotel (2014), Moonrise Kingdom (2012), Fantastic Mr. fox (2009) and isle of dogs (2018). However, according to the filmmaker, none of these features fits on the list of best of all time.

Like this Martin Scorsese made the ranking of the best films in history in his opinion, the magazine Sight And Sound asked for the same Anderson, who proved to be a big fan of French cinema (all 10 features were made in France). He justified this choice:

Like most of us (I guess?), I don’t have 10 favorite movies. I thought it best to choose my 10 favorite French movies (because I make this list in France). I’ll start with number 0: The Tragedy of a Rich Man (directed by Julian Duvivier).
