Outer Banks on Netflix: You Can’t Imagine the Hell Chase Stokes (John B) Went Through on the Set of Season 3!

Warning, spoilers. It is recommended that you watch Outer Banks season 3 before continuing reading this article.

Available on Netflix starting February 23rd, Outer Banks season 3 has new dangerous adventures in store for the pogs. The treasure hunt continues with John Bee (Chase Stokes), Sara (Madeline Klein), Kiara (Madison Bailey), JJ (Rudy Pankow), Pop (Jonathan Davis) and Cleo (Carlasia Grant).

After a stop on a desert island, the gang manages to return to the Outer Banks to continue their investigation, with the help of Big John (John B’s father from “Back from the Dead”), who leads them down a dangerous path. The jungle that contains El Dorado. And this place was a source of embarrassment for Chase Stokes, John B.

“A monkey winked at me!”

During his stay on Jimmy Fallon’s talk show, the actor revealed that filming in the jungles of Barbados was not easy for him, and it was even dangerous. Especially on the day he went through hell:

“There was a day when the world was against me. After the grueling stunt at the end of the final episode, I was standing by a tree and I felt my arm burn. I wondered what I was doing. I had. And one of the team members looked at me and said it was poison tree sap and It was all over my arm.

Fortunately, the actor was cared for and treated. But barely recovered, he had to face a new threat… Volatile! Here, he is attacked by a bird that pecks at his skull. The day in hell could have ended, but fate decided otherwise and the actor’s shoot was interrupted by another animal.

After this adventure, it starts raining in the jungle. A relief for the team working in the heat. That’s what Chase Stokes thinks, except it’s not raindrops, but monkey urine:

“I looked up at the sun. And then the team member told me that it wasn’t rain, it was monkey urine. The monkey literally stuck me in the eye.”

It can be said that the actor was really unlucky that day. But his day out from hell allowed him to have a pretty funny anecdote to tell about filming Season 3 of the Netflix hit Outer Banks. And for fans to relax, the adventure doesn’t stop there, as the series has been renewed for a 4th season.
