Un Si Grand Soleil in advance: Friday episode summary, May 13, 2022 [SPOILERS]

During a banal traffic check, Akim and Valua get an impressive amount of hashish hidden in a truck: at least one ton of product has been seized. While the driver denies and claims to be trapped, Becker orders his team to look for the food chain to which the truck is attached.

After police raided the company’s head office, a small family business, they seized it and arrested its leader, Philip Verne, to interrogate him. Florent Gracay, one of his old friends, then goes to the police station to protect him.

In a panic, his daughter, who works with him, contacted Johanna’s office to learn more about the reasons for the investigation. His attitude surprises Johanna, who shares this with Florence before reminding her that their firm’s one-year anniversary is approaching and that Claudine and she want to arrange small parties for the occasion.

During lunch at Les Sauvages, Marc invites Miriam to Rome, where she is selected by an art gallery to exhibit her photographs. An excited entrepreneur takes this impromptu trip, but he is quickly disappointed when Mark tells him it is not yet, as the exhibition will take place in mid-July.

Davia is surprised that this prospect is not happy. Miriam then reveals her fears: If Mark starts projecting himself with her when planning a trip, he risks falling from the top when he tells her about his motherly desire. She wants to maintain a light relationship with him and not risk riding with him if he does not share her desire to start a family.

Davia replies that before she feels good with him, she should no longer think and should take advantage of the moment, while Miriam admits that she is under the spell of the photographer. But when she joins him for dinner, Mark meets his son Louise face to face in front of his house.

The teenager explains to him that he left his mother’s house because he had friends at dinner and he did not want to be distracted while revisiting for tomorrow’s corrective exam. Mark then offers to go out to dinner with them, but Miriam prefers to take a vacation and leave it between father and son.

If Mark is a little embarrassed but happy with the fact that he was finally able to introduce his new partner to his son, Miriam, in turn, will play much less. She confides in Claire that she feels Mark wants to commit and fears that her motherhood plans will scare her.
