It was still in the leadership position in the company where she worked that Tânia began to observe development opportunities. That’s when he started cheering on his team.

However, he also began to realize that he no longer had room to develop as an employee. And it was in 2019 that he created his own company, Taps Consultoria, which assists in the development of new micro-entrepreneurs.

At 48, Tânia considers herself to be in the best phase of her life. Today, the entrepreneur is a force in the field of consultancy and accounting. She also has an extensive list of qualifications such as management, accounting and leadership.

“Social movements brought me here. Today I know that this is my place. I want to be able to continue helping people and integrate their dreams with mine. When a woman evolves, a whole chain moves. Mainly the black woman, who is at the bottom of the pyramid,” Tânia said.

In her trajectory as an entrepreneur, Tânia has already collected great successes. She is part of Rede Mulher Empreendedora, as one of the company ambassadors and mentor.

She is also currently director of CMEC Osasco, counselor of the Osasco Women’s Council and Comtur Osasco.

“I considered myself a black woman after 40. And from then on, I saw the need to stand out in some way. I wanted to show my collective to these leaders. And I got that respect, that credit in society. I gained my self-esteem, I managed to build this network of women to empower themselves. This is fundamental”, underlined the entrepreneur.
