Eletrobras announced this Thursday that it will start a selection process, in the second half of March, for the hiring of 832 people in its subsidiaries Eletronorte, CGT Eletrosul, Furnas and Chesf.
The goal is to bring in new talent and renew the workforce, the company said, “directing hiring to increase diversity, in multiple dimensions, in the workforce.”
The movement of “oxygenation” of personnel was anticipated last month by the president of the electric company, Wilson Ferreira Júnior, who also highlighted the growth of areas that will be important for the new momentum of Eletrobras after the privatization.
Recruitment for effective positions will be for operational, maintenance and operational areas, with medium, medium-technical and above levels.
