Pogba suffers another injury and misses Juventus for at least 30 days

This Monday, Juventus released a medical report on the situation of midfielder Paul Pogba. After the tests, an injury to the adductor of the right thigh was confirmed. With this, according to the Italian press, the athlete can embezzle the Italian club for at least 30 days.

This is yet another injury for the Frenchman, who has yet to prove himself for his return to Italian football. In pre-season, the player picked up an injury and missed the rest of 2022, missing the World Cup. On 28 February he returned to the field in the victory against Turin for 4 to 2, for the Italian Championship.

Last Thursday, due to lack of discipline, due to being late for training, Pogba did not play the match valid for the Europa League, in which Juventus beat Freiburg 1-0.

At the moment, Massimiliano Allegri’s men are in seventh place in the Italian championship, with 38 points, four less than Atalanta, the first team in the standings for European competitions. It is worth mentioning that the team dropped 15 points in the National League after suffering punishment for inflating players’ transfer rates to falsify their revenues.

In their next match, Juventus will face Freiburg this Thursday, in the second leg of the Europa League, at 14:45 (Brasilia time), at the Europa-Park Stadion, Germany. For Serie A, the club will face Inter away from home next Sunday at 4.45 pm at the Giuseppe Meazza stadium.
