The midfielder is expected to leave Borussia Dortmund next season
OR Manchester United has entered the fray for the signing of midfielder Jude Bellingham, according to “The Telegraph”. The Borussia Dortmund 19-year-old is expected to shake up the next transfer window with a sale that could reach £110m (R$700m).
Currently, Liverpool and Real Madrid are considered the two main destinations for the Englishman, although Chelsea and Manchester City have also shown interest in the athlete’s arrival. And despite the possible arrival of very high offers, Dortmund intend to continue counting on the player’s services for another season.
A decision will need to be made in the coming weeks as the end of the season approaches. Bellingham’s arrival at an English club would represent a record transfer fee in the country’s history. The brand currently belongs to Enzo Fernández, who was bought from Chelsea in January for £107m (R$681m).
A star at Dortmund, Bellingham has made 33 appearances this season, scoring 10 goals and contributing six assists. The jewel is seen as one of football’s most promising athletes following his rise in Germany.
