To tell his life, Lionsgate+ collaborated with Bambú Producciones and La Claqueta to produce “Nacho”, a series where Martiño Rivas brings the famous actor to life and shows the events that led him to the adult film industry.

‘Nacho’: the series that undresses the adult film industry
“Nacho” is a mix of drama and comedy that tells the true story of people in the 90s porn industry, which brings in $545 million a year according to the show’s production.
In the production, Nacho Vidal is a young man who feels like a failure his whole life, until he realizes that there is a place where he can take advantage of his 10 inches (25 cm).
When he dances in Baghdadi’s room, he is discovered and given the opportunity to enter the porn industry, but he quickly discovers that egos, drama, love, profit and interests are involved in this business.
In words collected by “Milenio” at a press conference on February 27, 2023, the protagonist Martiño Rivas talked about what it was like to play this Spanish icon of adult cinema.
Martiño Rivas also said that based on the life of the porn actor, he had to research and delve into the life of Nacho Vidal, as he spoke to the actor himself and also to people who know him closely.

With the series premiering on Lionsgate+, creator and producer Teresa Fernández-Valdés was faced with the dilemma of how to showcase Nacho Vidal’s great royal gifts.
However, Martiño Rivas confessed that he was not one of those actors who refused to do intimate scenes or use prosthetics or use special effects, but instead took a more practical and real solution.
The protagonist revealed in “Fotogramas” that when it is necessary to show the great member of the character on the screen, like at the end of the first chapter, it is actually the real Nacho Vidal who records the scenes.
“Nacho” also stars María De Nati, Andrés Velencoso, Pepa Charro, Edu Soto, Miriam Giovanelli, Carmen Conesa, Montse Guallar, Nancho Novo, Albert Baró, Marina Gatell, Penélope Guerrero, Rubén Jiménez and Paola Bontempi.
“Nacho” has been available on the Lionsgate+ platform since March 3, and a new episode is released every week until it reaches the eighth and final episode of the season.
