Caroline Dieckman stole the show on her Instagram profile, this Friday morning (17th), teaching a trick to transform a hot pants bikini into a smaller model. To this end, the actress, who, recently surprised the web by showing clean-faced photos, he lowered the piece to the limit and showed his abs.

The actress shared pictures of a handstand workout with her followers. “This is an exercise that connects me to my childhood, I remember my training in Olympic gymnastics and it works as a kind of meditation for me,” said the actress.
