From Scream 6 to M3GAN, 2023 has been a promising year for horror in theaters and streaming
We are only in the third month of 2023, but the year has already been quite interesting in terms of horror releases, and we had some productions that were successful with the public and critics, both from established franchises and news from pop culture.
For example, Scream 6 (which is still showing in theaters) brought news to the franchise in relation to the city where it takes place: New York, instead of Woodsboro. Another big highlight was the killer doll M3GAN, responsible for conquering legions of fans around the world. Below, see the best horror movies of 2023 so far:
