According to Robert Smith, values between 5 and 10 dollars will be refunded to those who attend the North American tour presentations as they are considered ‘excessive fees’
Band concert tickets The cure had their value reduced after the lead singer of the band, Robert Smith, using social media to publicly criticize the company organizing your tour. According to him, there were extra expenses on ticket sales that were beyond the reach of the artists, and this would be exaggerated.
“After discussion, Ticketmaster agreed with us that many of the fees they charged were unreasonably high and, as a gesture of goodwill, have offered a $10 refund per ticket to all transactions made from verified fan accounts at the ticket price plus low and a $5 refund on all transactions made from verified fan accounts at other ticket prices.”
Robert Smith continued: “This applies to all Cure shows at all venues; if you have already purchased a ticket you will receive an automatic refund; all tickets on sale from tomorrow will include lower fees.”
The Cure are currently preparing for a tour that will visit dozens of cities in the United States and some in Canada. The British band has a number of songs that were particularly successful in the 80s, such as Guys don’t cry, in between days, Friday I’m in love AND Lullaby.
