Teenage Wolf: This important character will eventually return to the film

This is an announcement that should delight many Teen Wolf fans! According to DeadlineTyler Hoechlin will finally resume the role of Derek Hale in the film, which is currently being filmed, where almost all the actors on the show that aired on MTV from 2011 to 2017 will return.

The actor, now a star of Superman and Lewis, was one of the few alumni of the series who has not yet received a response for Teen Wolf: The Movie, which is scheduled to air on Paramount + later this year. But unlike Dylan O’Brien (Styles Stilinsky) and Arden Chos (Keira Yukimura) who both announced they would not return, Derek’s translator will eventually be there as an actor but also as a producer!

Tyler Hoechlin joins Tyler Poissy, Holland Rodin, Shelley Hennig, Crystal Reed, Ornie Adams, Linden Ashby, J.R. Bourne, Colton Haynes, Ryan Kelly, Melissa Ponzio, Khalin Rembo, Ian Bohen, Seth Gilliam, Dylan Spraiber pictured below (pictured above) and newcomers Vince Matisse (as Derek’s son Eli) and Amy L. Workman (Hikari Rust).

Following the intrigues of the series, the film tells the story of how, when a new threat looms over Bacon Hills, Scott McCall is forced to turn to baths, cysts, and other night creatures for help. Settle on the supernatural world and gather new allies and old trusted friends to confront the most powerful and dangerous enemy ever encountered by a young werewolf.
