Nikolai was born in Leningrad into a very intelligent family. The actor’s father, Vladimir Ivanovich, was a physicist-metrologist, and his name is on the list of prominent people of the 20th century in the Cambridge Encyclopedia. Mom, Galina Nikolaevna, was a talented ballerina, but due to a meniscus injury, she was forced to leave her dream career and work as a civil engineer.

Not a meek disposition

Even in childhood, it became clear that Nikolai had a punchy character, because he was expelled from kindergarten. At least that’s what he claims himself. And all because young Fomenko organized a real attack on a neighboring kindergarten. He even armed his comrades with toy weapons and pistols, and epaulettes were found somewhere! Fateful excursion to the planetarium

For the first time, Nikolai Fomenko got on television by accident at the age of 7 years. That day his class went on a field trip to the planetarium. In the subway, a woman approached him, who handed him a note with a phone and said that she was a director. The first-grader gave the paper to his mother, they went to audition – successfully. The guys were the stars of student concerts, but after graduating from the institute, Dmitry left. But Alexey Murashov and Andrey Zabludovsky joined. It was decided to rename the group. This is how the beat quartet “Secret” appeared. Stray Dog Blues, My Love is on the Fifth Floor, Blues de Moscou, Sara Baraboo, Hello! – these songs were played at all Soviet discos, they are loved and remembered even now.
