It comes with Game start which we explain to you with all the details!
What’s in the mysterious basement?

One of the most traumatic and impactful moments for Eren Yeager, the protagonist of the anime, takes place in the first episode, when his mother is devoured by a huge smiling titan, which awakens in him an uncontrollable hatred for these beings and an oath of revenge. . .
Although he did not remember, the young Eren found his father, Grisha Yeager, shortly after these events and it was then that he gave him the key to the cellar of his house, a place that Grisha has always kept locked away from his son, and which hides important secrets. about the Titans, Grisha’s past and the world beyond the walls. He instructed Eren to find this basement at any cost.
However, many things happen throughout the anime and several mysteries are played out for the viewer, and Eren returns to this basement only in the 19th episode of the third season (or 56th episode overall).
The delay in this return was due to the fall of the first Wall and the invasion of hundreds of Titans, who destroyed everything in their path. Eren and his friends managed to escape inside the other Walls and it was several years before they enlisted in the militia and joined the Survey Corps, the troop specialized in the exploration of territories beyond the Walls and the destruction of the Titans.
Eventually, Eren regains some of his time-lost memories, and finding the secrets hidden in the basement becomes a major objective of the Survey Corps during the expedition that led to the Battle of Shiganshina District (the site of the first wall).
The truth about Eren’s father

Inside the basement there was only a small room with a desk and several shelves containing medicine bottles and medical books, as Grisha acted as a doctor. But that was just a cover to repel intruders or military oversight.
There is a hidden drawer in the desk, which is opened with the key that Grisha gave to Eren before his death (he turned Eren into a Titan and allowed himself to be eaten by his son). This drawer has a false bottom, which hides three books.
In one of these books they already make a great discovery – a photograph of Grisha with an unfamiliar woman and a child. Everyone is surprised, because this kind of technology (photography) doesn’t exist inside the Walls.
It is later revealed that the woman in the photo is Dina Fritz, Grisha’s first wife and last descendant of the royal family and that she has been transformed into the Smiling Titan (yes, the same one that ate Eren’s mother). The baby in the photo is the couple’s son, Zeke Yeager, who is also the Beast Titan and Eren’s half-brother.

Inside the books is the entire story of Paradis Island and the Titans, written by Grisha. Eren and his friends discover that humanity was not wiped out by the Titans or that the last survivors live within the walls on the island of Paradis.
In fact, there is an entire civilization and nations beyond the Walls, living on far more advanced technology, but in constant warfare with each other. Grisha himself claims to have come from outside the Walls.
It tells of the powerful Marley nation that is in power and how they mistreat the Eldians, who live in an authoritarian regime and are used as weapons. The Eldians are descendants of Ymir, the first Titan, and the only ones who can transform into Titans, something they once used to rule the world, before Marley took over. And that is why other nations want the extermination of the Eldians.
Grisha and his wife join the Restoration of Eldia movement, a rebel group against Marley, but end up being denounced by her son, Zeke. Grisha manages to escape and ends up on the Walls of Heaven with no memory, creating a new life and a new family.
The books also reveal that Grisha was given the powers of the Attack Titan, which she allegedly used to steal the Titan Prime’s powers by killing Frieda Reiss. These powers were later passed on to Eren, who acquired them by devouring his father at the start of the anime.
The history of the Isle of Paradis is also revealed, with its Eldian inhabitants exiled by their own King Fritz to avoid the Marleyans. History books were created telling that humanity had become extinct outside the walls and that they were the last survivors. And no one remembers the truth because the king, who had the power of the Prime Titan, which has the power to alter memory, erased those memories from everyone.
These were the main secrets revealed in the books hidden in the basement of Eren Yeager’s house. Throughout the anime, much more information that was in the books is told by the characters, such as the power of the Original Nine Titans.
