Jonathan Majors, Marvel actor, arrested for alleged assault on a woman

According to police authorities, the actor was handcuffed and detained on Saturday in the morning in Manhattan, where Majors resides, on charges of strangulation, assault and harassment. The alleged victim, a 30-year-old womanalerted the police with visible signs and marks of violence on the face and neckclaiming that he had kept a domestic dispute with the actor and that he proceeded to attack her. A last report indicates that her situation is stable.

Apparently, it could be the interpreter’s girlfriend who, after suspecting that Majors was messaging another woman, confronted him trying to see his phone. Always according to her version, this annoyed the actor to the point of getting angry, grabbing his hand and slapping him. In addition, the alleged victim alleges that Majors put his hands around her neck.

A representative of Jonathan Majorswho is not currently in police custody, has clarified to ‘TMZ’ that this “has not done anything wrong” and that they hope to “clear their name to clarify this whole situation”.
