Vale said on Friday that it has not yet been informed of the decision which determines a judicial deposit of 10.3 billion reais in collaboration with BHP Brasil.
The company concretely declared to the market that the determination of the security deposit published in the press would be equally divided between Vale and BHP Brasil, in 10 installments, with the first 40 days following the publication of the sentence.
“The company will make an appropriate statement during the trial regarding the decision, against which it is possible to appeal”, said Vale in the material fact.
