In Plus belle la vie couples come and go. And if there is one that has been particularly troubled since its inception, it is the one formed by Baptist (Brian Tresor) and Emma (Pauline Bresson). After cheating on a young man with Barbara last October, he seems ready to repeat the experience with Justin, a comrade he met during a firefighter training.
It’s been a few weeks since Emma decided to leave her husband and child to work in Australia. If a Baptist supports his wife, he still finds it difficult to admit that his wife will leave him when he is about to embark on a new adventure. Weeks go by and the young man becomes more and more distant from her and refuses to even answer her calls. Without mind …
In the following episodes the Baptist will indeed succumb to temptation. While he is intervening, he throws himself into the fire to rescue Justin, who finds himself trapped after part of the building collapses. The next day, while returning from shopping, the Baptist finds a young woman on the doorstep.
He wants to thank her for saving her life. The Baptist then invites him to go home. One thing goes for another, they kiss and share an intimate moment. But for the Baptist, even if something powerful happens, he does not want to leave Emma.
Then Justin decides that they will just stay friends. A few hours later the Baptist called his wife, to whom he explained that he regretted that he was not there when something important happened to him.
Is this the beginning of the end for the Baptist / Emma couple? Does a young man feel betrayed by his partner leaving, will he fall into temptation again? Answer in the next episodes of Plus belle la vie, preview on Salto.
