Blue Fox buys Virginie Efira’s French hit “Waiting for Bojangles” for the US (exclusive)

Blue Fox Entertainment has acquired the US rights to StudioCanal Waiting for BojanglesA critically acclaimed French novel directed by director Roinsar and starring Romain Duris, Virgin Efira and Gregory Gaddafi.

The film opened in France in January and has grossed $4.4 million to date. Produced by StudioCanal, Curiosa Films and JPG Films, the film was produced by Olivier Del Bosque and Jean-Pierre Guerin. Blue Fox Entertainment will bring the film to the US and Canada later this summer with a limited/platform release.

Inside Waiting for BojanglesYoung Gary lives in a Parisian apartment with his eccentric parents and exotic birds.
