Last February, Leterrier spoke about his experience in ‘Fast X’ and his quick incorporation into the project. “I read the script four times on the plane and told them I had some ideas. They said, ‘Great, we want the whole third act to change. Can you do it tonight?’“said the filmmaker.

“I started writing. Obviously, if the third act changes, the first one changes, too. And if you rewrite the third act and the first one, the second one is next… So, basically, I had to rebuild it on the fly.

Regarding what we can expect from this tenth film, Rodriguez commented: “you will feel betrayed (in a way). I can’t say much more, but be prepared for a shock. After 23 years of filming, it’s hard to surprise me, but they’ve succeeded.
