Finance secretary says Brazil should grow more with relaxed credit and tax reform

The Secretary of Economic Policy at the Ministry of Finance, Guilherme Mello, said on Tuesday that a relaxed credit market, tax reform and a series of public policies will help Brazil grow in the coming years.

In an interview with CNN, Mello highlighted that the fiscal framework doesn’t necessarily depend on an increase in revenue, but that the primary result does. According to him, the collection will increase with a correction of tax distortions.
