Disney +: This animated series is the new favorite of Internet users

We’ve known it for a while now: Disney+ is going to invest in the Japanese animation market. And while the platform hit the media earlier in the year with the announcement of Tokyo Revengers and Bleach series, here comes a new anime that’s sure to get everyone excited. Good!

Adapted from Masakazu Ishiguro’s eponymous manga (ongoing series, 7 volumes available from Pika), Tengoku-Daimakiu follows the story of a world destroyed by a terrible disaster fifteen years earlier. Growing up on the fringes of society, a few children will see their fate unfold as they look outside the walls of the school in front of them…

Although the comics are already very popular with readers, it seems that the animated adaptation has reached the height of the original work, according to messages posted by Disney + subscribers after the first episode of the series aired:

Episodes of the anime A Journey Beyond Heaven are offered every Saturday exclusively on the Disney+ platform.
