Elizabeth was robbed
Elizabeth, Arthur, Allen and Jennifer return to London this weekend. On her way back, Elizabeth confirms to her granddaughter that Jennifer is an absolutely charming young girl, and then clarifies that she spent a pleasant weekend in her company. While the atmosphere is in a good mood, they immediately lose their smile when they discover that their house has been robbed.
The bored businessman realizes that his jewelry, paintings, vintage wines and many sentimental objects have disappeared. The theft, which he estimates at 150,000 euros.
Police have been mobilized at the scene since then. For Akim and Captain Leon, the thieves knew about their absence and they had to be notified.
Arthur, meanwhile, calls Jennifer and reports that Grandma’s house was ransacked while they were in London. As they look at each other, Jennifer decides to spend the evening with Elizabeth to support them.
Not far from there, Gilham informs Elizabeth that he has just sent his case to insurance. If he is not interested in losing money, on the other hand, he is nervous about losing two items that he was particularly interested in: a pendant that Allen gave him and a gift from Julien for his 60th birthday. Although the police are conducting a serious investigation, the lawyer notes that the chances of finding the stolen items are very small.
While Elizabeth does not see who she could have informed the robbers, Gilham mentions her research on Jennifer and says she has found something.
At the end of the day, Elizabeth tells Allen her doubts about the young woman. Indeed, Gilham told him that Jennifer’s mother had been involved in theft in the past. And let’s add that he held the castle for that. So it seems strange to Elizabeth that this happened on the very weekend they were in London with her. Even if the coincidence is interesting, Allen still reminds his companion that this is not evidence. So he advises not to make a mistake, otherwise he will lose Arthur.
At dinner, Elizabeth reads to Jennifer what her parents do to make a living. Uncomfortable, the nurse explains that she has not seen them in a long time.
Anisa is placed in custody
At dawn, police find Leo’s lifeless body. According to the doctor, he died of drowning. However, a wound to the head and blood on the rock raises questions. That’s why Ian asks Elise to restore the CCTV images before she takes care of the neighborhood survey.
Later, Ian receives a statement from Mr. Kleber, who was walking with his dog near the dock when he saw the couple arguing violently. He also specifies that the young woman was very nervous. When a police officer shows him a photo of Leo, Mr. Kleber confirms that it’s really the young man he saw the day before. The witness also gives him a description of Anisa.
For his part, Erwan contacts Moro and accuses him of killing Leo. Because it is unlikely that police will be able to track him down, Erwan orders Moro to temporarily keep his distance and disappear if things get complicated.
At the police station, Ian and Akim found photos of Anisa on Leo’s phone. As long as it fits the profile given by the witness, Akim is responsible for capturing it.
At the end of the day, Ani confides in Ludo about moving away from Leo. A few seconds later, Ian goes to a neighbor and arrests him at the police station. When he tries to find out what is going on, he informs him that it is related to Leo’s death.
