A more beautiful life in advance: a summary of the Friday episode of May 20, 2022 [SPOILERS]

After being calmed down by Patrick, Leticia and Emma finally find Kevin and Camille in front of the Mistral Police Department. The latter are then separated from relatives so that police can interrogate them again. Both make statements. Kevin is quickly released, but Camille is arrested because police have additional questions for her.

Leaving the police station, Kevin meets Emma. Says Camille saved a life. Emma then suspects that she has feelings for her sister, but Kevin admits that he feels lost.

Meanwhile, Mathieu and Jean-Paul are reading Camille. He alleges that Jacob prevented him from ending his life before taking him to a Croatian village. The young girl is then arrested by the police, at a time when the police can check all the items. To tell the truth, only Jacob would confirm whether Camille was his accomplice.

The latter was repatriated to Marcel-Est Hospital. In a coma, he is watched by Leah and two policemen stationed at her bedroom door. But after a few minutes, Jacob opens his eyes …

Romen wakes up in Emily’s arms. He then joins Sylvia in the dining room. Although he still considers her his girlfriend, the latter emphasizes their differences. Romen admits he feels the same way. So they leave on a good note.

Later, Fanny returns to a roommate and notices the mess that Romain, Sylvia, and Emily left there. Romen vows to postpone everything until he tells about the trio. But the fan does not want to hear anything.

Romney and Sylvia tidy up their roommate together with joy and good humor. Even if they are no longer a couple, Romney thinks Sylvia is the perfect girl.

Romney then spends time with Emily. He learns from his father that Kevin barely escaped the serial killer. He then confides in Romain about his ex and especially recounts the circumstances of their separation.

Leah insists Betty persuades him to file a lawsuit against Killian. But the teenager finds an excuse for him. He especially proves that violence is not part of his personality. Leah, however, points to the opposite, as she has already struck twice. He believes he should be punished.

For his part, Thomas learns that Killian has been missing the lesson all week and is waiting for his explanations. Killian admits he had an argument with Betty, but when Thomas tries to find out more, the young man nods and refuses to talk about it.

Later, Leah goes to the march to update Thomas on the situation. The latter is in shock.
Before taking Jean-Paul to the Betty Police Department, then being cared for by Ariane, who receives his statement, Thomas and Gabriel confront Killian over the reasons for his actions. They try to make him realize that nothing justifies violence. When they offer to follow him, Kylian gets angry and runs to his room.
