On Monday, April 10, everything starts here…
Amber is hit hard
In the park of the institute, the girls congratulate each other on their success. Amber tells her friends that Rose has booked a workshop for them to practice their menus. Tom and Axel come to join them and offer to get the brigade together so they can shoot tomorrow. But they all refuse to respect their brigade’s principle of non-interference.
Meanwhile, Rose defends her women’s team against Teisier, who fears they don’t have the shoulders for such an event. Failure to do so will result in bad publicity for the institution. So she wants the girls to be supervised by a teacher. But Rose disagrees because they just managed to create a nice and very egalitarian group dynamic. It guarantees the success of their project.
In the atelier, Jasmine entrusts the girls with the curriculum. Amber then asks Hortense to be the leader of the brigade. The latter accepts and chooses Jasmine for the second time. Meanwhile, Amber gets a text from Daphne about Diane’s preference for the menu. This seems like an easy fix.
Louis then arrives at the atelier, unhappy with their work. Indeed, they forgot to re-run the order for the product they were using on their menu. Ambre replies that she still enjoys their cooking and will attract a star to the institute. Louis lashes out at Amber, stating that he could never have done it alone because he has no talent other than physics. A teary-eyed Amber tries to get the cash out of her speech, while Hortense kicks her out of the studio.
Outside, Louis continues to criticize the Women’s Brigade project, especially with his mother. He is surprised that Tessier didn’t choose a professor to oversee them, as the institute would suffer if he failed. Claire listens vaguely. When Louis asks her if she’s okay, she pretends to be suffering from a migraine.
For her part, Amber doesn’t take Louis’ words back. Axel, who was informed by Jasmine about what happened, comes to help her. Distraught, Amber admits to him that she doubts her abilities in the kitchen and fears that men are only interested in her physique. Axel mentions his many qualities and talents, then takes him in his arms. He is surprised by Jasmine and Deva.
As they leave, Axel and Amber catch up with them. Both assure Jasmin that their rapprochement was only friendly. But Jasmine cannot feel jealous. Witnessing their confusion, Antoine and Rose arrive to offer their help in resolving the tension. They blame their teacher for getting stuck.
At the seminar, Jasmine forgives Amber and realizes that she needs to work on herself to stop being so paranoid and jealous. Then the girls’ brigade wonders about the identity of the teacher who will supervise them. It is Chef Guino who assures them that they always have carte blanche on their menu. He is not there to seize power, but to guide them.
At the end of their training, Hortense stays with the chef for a while to show all her respect and admiration. Claire thanks him for his words, then pretends she has to call. Once alone, I will cry…
The egg hunt is on
Children from the village arrive at the institute and run around the school halls, much to Tessier’s dismay. The latter instructs Antoine to supervise the egg hunt, preventing any excesses. The director especially wants no child to enter his office. Antoine promises to drive.
At the CDI, Kelly hands out baskets to the kids, and Lionel explains the hunt: whoever finds the golden egg will get an extra ration of chocolate. Lionel then gives us a clue to find this golden egg: you must approach the dragon’s lair…
A little later, Teisier finds Esteban, a quadriplegic, in his office. The little boy reveals that Lionel’s message made him think of this place. The angry director decides to take him directly to the golden egg’s hideout.
Teissier accompanies Esteban to Double A, where Charlene’s Chocolate Dragon is. Lionel joins them to witness the victory of Esteban, who discovers the golden egg hidden in the box. But in the end, Teissier thinks the reward is his and eats chocolate instead.
Theo organizes a family lunch
In the Double A kitchen, Theo and his team prepare an Easter menu. In parallel with the users of the app’s restaurant, Theo wants to serve his menu to the family he invited to the terrace. He prays that all is well between the Armands and the Teyssiers. What he doesn’t realize is that Tom is changing the spice bowl to something much stronger.
Meanwhile, Axel, Louie, Charlene, Rose, and Clotilda evaluate Theo’s starters. The latter then comes to present them with his dish: lamb chops in a pot. Auguste Armani’s famous recipe, but twisted in its own way. He promises to come and taste them as soon as he finishes brigandaging with his brigade.
So the Armands and Teyssiers taste the dish without it and very quickly realize that there is a problem with the spices associated with the meat. But no one dares to tell Theo anything. When the latter joins them, they all claim to have eaten too much earlier to be able to finish their plate. Tasting his own dish, Theo realizes it’s not good due to a spice mistake. Everyone laughs at this. The Armand sisters offer a spirit of solidarity.
Later, Charlene and Theo go by their father’s office. Charlene sits in the chair and imagines herself as the director of the institute. Emmanuel then comes to join them. He says he doesn’t regret giving it to them. But he also admits that his children are where they are because of their own talents. He admits that he is very proud of them, and then holds them in his hands.
