Deadpool 3: We thought he was dead, but this character is coming back!

Less than a month into filming, Sean Levy’s Deadpool 3 cast continues to grow. While Hugh Jackman continues his intense training, Ryan Reynolds, who is producing and co-writing the script for the third installment of the irreverent superhero adventure, continues to reunite his gang.

Following Karan Son and Leslie Ughams as Doppinder and Blind Al in the first Marvel Deadpool movie, Morena Baccarin (Vanessa) and Stefan Kapicic (Colossus) have recently joined the cast.

We remind you that Vanessa, the girlfriend of Wade aka Deadpool, dies in the second opus of the saga. But in the post-credits scene, Wade returns to the past and prevents him from being killed. Which explains why the latter may return to the franchise.

The actor, who recently hinted at a comeback and said he was looking into a deal with the studio, announced the big news on Instagram.

Thus, the actors will come to support the newcomers in the world of Deadpool: Matthew Macfadyen, who plays Tom in the series Succession, and Emma Corinne, who lends her features to Lady Dee in The Crown. The latter should portray the villain of the feature film.

On the other hand, TJ Miller, who played Wade’s friend in the previous installments, will not return due to his feud with Ryan Reynolds.

The first Deadpool movie since Disney’s takeover of Fox, the feature film should keep its irreverent tone and surprise fans after Hugh Jackman recently revealed to Paris that he is set to play a dual role in the film.

Deadpool 3 will begin shooting in May and will be released on November 6, 2024.
