Fluminense is in a great phase of the season. After beating Flamengo 4-1 and being champions of Rio de Janeiro, the team led by coach Fernando Diniz made their Copa do Brasil debut with a quiet 3-0 victory over Paysandu, in Maracanã, on Wednesday. Nino, Keno and Felipe Melo all scored in the first half in the match.
The Tricolore is now one more club to pass the 300-goal threshold in the history of the national competition. With the three scored, that’s already 302 in 168 games played, the seventh highest score in the dispute, which began in 1989. Check out the top 10:
