The Young and the Restless preview: recaps of episodes from Monday, April 17 to Friday, April 21, 2023 [SPOILERS]

Nat and Elena sleep together

Nate and Elena succumb to temptation and sleep together in the clinic. The doctor immediately regrets this adventure and asks his colleague to promise never to talk about what happened between them again. Nick walks out and notices that Elena is upset… then sees Nate shirtless in the office.

Devon (Bryton James, who is back with us on his journey through the series) feels that Elena is strange. Feeling guilty, she draws attention by sleeping with him… At the same time, Chloe gives birth to a baby, and it’s a boy! Meanwhile, Ray agrees to move back in with Sharon. The latter underwent a second operation to treat cancer.

Adam searches unsuccessfully

The Newmans’ lawsuit against Chancellor Communications is going nowhere. Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan, who answered our questions) learns that the advertising sponsors who promised to speak on her show are pulling out because of Adam’s story.

He arranges for William to leave his hotel room to go and fix a major electrical problem at work. Adam takes advantage of his rival’s absence to look through his things, but finds nothing. Chelsea is locked in Chancellor Communications due to an elevator outage!

Lauren helps Jack

Chelsea, wanting to get out of the elevator, slips and falls unconscious! After a while, she offers Adam out of town… At Abbott, Jack realizes that Lauren’s father once bought Dina a necklace. Lauren agrees to search the old things for a jewel…

Victoria does not forgive Victor

Phyllis hides her financial worries from Nick. On the other hand, Victoria discovers everything and buys a huge part of the shares of the hotel owned by her brother’s companion! Victoria later refuses to make peace with Victor.

Kyle and Summer leave Genoa to get married and tell their families… via email! Finally, Chance and Abby tell each other how much they love each other and start planning their future together…
