Amber is busy

Claire still hasn’t given a sign of life since last Thursday… At the Institute, the girls’ brigade still have suspicions about Amber, specifically Hortense, who doesn’t understand how her injury could have been so wrong. But Amber is sure that she has nothing to do with it and begs her comrades to trust her. They will eventually get it.

Meanwhile, Olivia tries to deal with her worries as best she can. With Antoine, he rules out the hypothesis of adultery. Even then, Claire would tell him the truth. Louis, on the other hand, has called all the hospitals in the area, and his mother is not there. Now the only solution is to call the police. Antoine agrees to take care of her.

As for Listrak, he rallies the students at Double A to tell them that he will be replacing Chef Guino next week. When Axel questions him to find out more, Listrak admits that his companion has disappeared and begins an investigation.

In the dressing room, Hortense confides her lingering doubts to Jasmine. However, the latter decided to trust his friend. Hortense continues to think something serious has happened because she finds Amber’s bloody hands after her discussion with Chief Gino. Leaving the dressing room, Hortense and Jasmine are unaware that Charlene has overheard their conversation.

Charlene joins her boyfriend at Economat. The latter is also very worried about the disappearance of his mother. Although the police assume she left on her own, Louis still believes she would have warned him. Charlene then decides to tell him what she overheard between Hortense and Jasmine…

Louis immediately arrives at the workshop to attack Amber. Antoine, who has come to fetch the young girl, is obliged to intervene. In her defense, Amber removes the bandage, clearly showing her injured hand, which she claims was cut by glass. Miriel then escorted him to her office to be questioned by the police captain.

Faced with his questions, Ambre recounts her argument with Chef Guino, teary-eyed. He explains that Tony lifted him and stuck to the cart. Claire fell head over heels. Her cut was so bad it was bleeding, but Claire got up and left. Except he hasn’t reappeared since. And Amber wonders if he killed her without realizing it.

After this confession, the police captain has no choice but to arrest him. As she is being led away by two officers, Louis approaches her and yells at her, convinced that Amber hurt her mother…

Vicki reveals herself in the kitchen

At the Economat, Enzo surprises Vicki by writing in a notebook. He insists that she read the extract to him. A young girl reads her haiku about the sea, which has always fascinated her. She admits she likes to write what’s on her mind, but at the moment it doesn’t really help when it comes to cooking.

In Chef Armand’s class, the first year has to come up with a dish from the Double A menu in one hour. Vicki momentarily loses her means before digging into her notebook and finding inspiration.

At the end of the lesson, Chef Armand tastes the students’ dishes. He credits 16 points to Ethan, who remained confident throughout the workout. Then the teacher moves on to Vicki’s dish. He revisited Chef Theo’s salmon with pickles to make a pickled galantine with salsify muslin and red cabbage emulsion, garnished with a glass of wort. Chef Armand is very pleased with the result and admits that he got it wrong. Vic returns 18.

Later, Billy congratulates Vic on his class. The young girl tells Enzo of her victory and thanks him for his help, as his haiku at sea gave her the idea of an iodized recipe. Genuinely happy for her, Enzo invites her to walk with him the next day in Mares Salante. Vicky agrees, then joins Billy, who suspects he has an idea with Enzo. But Vicky says they’re just friends.

Kelly’s idol arrives at the institute

With everything happening at the institute, Antoine is overbooked. Laetitia also reminds him that he has an appointment with Carol Lenglart when he completely forgot. This chef, a friend of Teisier’s, is coming to the institute for a two-month master class.

Laetitia admits that she knows him well because Kelly is his fan. Antoine admitted that the chef has an atypical background: self-taught, he launched the concept of gastronomy accessible to everyone with a menu for 35 euros. Therefore, in order to relieve the colleague’s workload, Letitia offers to welcome him to his place. As soon as she gets the green light from Antoine, Leticia texts her daughter to tell her she has good news.

When Kelly returns home, it doesn’t take Laetitia long to learn that her idol is about to enter the institute. Kelly is overjoyed and angry at Chef Lenglart. Laetitia then offers her daughter to accompany her to the institute to welcome her and thus spend a privileged moment with her. After Kelly comes stress and the desire to do good.

When Laetitia finishes her visit to the Double A kitchen at the Institute, Kelly joins her and meets her favorite chef. He is so overwhelmed with emotions that he mixes up the cod recipe with another when he was planning to pay her a compliment.

Back home, Kelly doesn’t recover from her mistake. He feels so humiliated that he doesn’t even want to attend Chef Lenglart’s classes. However, Laetitia manages to cheer up her daughter and encourages her to assert herself.
