With several tattoos honoring Suzane von Richthofen, a man calls himself the number 1 fan of the criminal, who became known for being the mastermind behind the murder of her parents, Manfred and Marísia. In an interview with journalist Ullisses Campbell, Bruno Watermann, 38, says he fell in love with her since she first appeared on TV, and that it was “love at first sight”.
The resident of Carlópolis, Paraná even baptized the two children of Suzane and Daniel, after her ex-boyfriend, who was also convicted of the murder. “Her madness is identical to mine,” she says, denying that it is in the sense of killing one’s parents. “My admiration for her doesn’t stop there,” she says, revealing that she has lost touch with her parents, who distanced themselves from her when they learned she was a fan of Suzane.
Watermann has his name tattooed, date of birth, date the crime was committed, and his mark. But he says the craziest thing he will do for the ex-con is to visit her in Angatuba, in the hinterland of São Paulo, and give her a bouquet of flowers. “I dream about it every day,” she reveals.

On the night of October 31, 2002, Marísia and Manfred were killed in their bed by their daughter’s boyfriend, Daniel Cravinhos, and her brother, Cristian Cravinhos. Suzane, three days before she turned 19, masterminded the crime and opened the door to her parents’ killers.
The three concocted the scenario of a robbery, but a thorough and rapid police investigation meant that, within ten days, those involved ended up confessing to the double murder.
