After walking the red carpet before the premiere of “Armageddon Time” Julia Roberts went to a gala dinner at the Carlton Beach Club. There, the actress personally presented the Trophée Chopard awards to an up-and-coming talented actor and actress. This year’s honor was given to Sheila Atim and Jack Lowden, chosen by Chopard in conjunction with Variety magazine. This award symbolizes the beginning of their creative career and the boundless support of the Jewelry House.
The event was also attended by Xavier Dolan, Saoirse Ronan, Lashana Lynch, Rebecca Hall, Deepika Padukone, Josephine Japi, William Abadi, Noomi Rapace and others.
For more than two decades, Marion Cotillard, Léa Seydoux, Diane Kruger, Nils Schneider, Florence Pugh and Jessie Buckley have been the recipients of the award.
