During a recent weightlifting practice, Hafsor Julius Björnsson, who was trying to bench press a little over 250 kilograms, suffered a severe chest injury. The scene was filmed and it’s impressive: we literally see the muscle explode, which logically causes the 34-year-old Scandinavian to scream.

Hafsor Julius Björnsson shared a photo of the injury on the social network. And the hematoma, clearly visible, confirms the extent of the damage. However, the Icelander gave fans some reassuring news…
