The KION online cinema hosted the premiere of the Nuremberg blockbuster directed by Nikolai Lebedev, creator of the hits Legend No. 17 and Crew. He made a movie about the main trial of the 20th century war criminals. The main roles in the film were played by Sergey Kempo, Lyubov Aksenova, Yevgeny Mironov, Sergey Bezrukov and Alexei Bardukov. Most of the film’s cast consisted of foreign actors: Karsten Nöhrgaard, Alain Blazewicz, Wolfgang Czerny, Laura Bach and Charlotte Harwood.

“Nuremberg” is the world’s first full-length feature film dedicated entirely to the international military tribunal over German criminals. The scenario of the picture is based on the book of the lawyer and historian Alexander Zvyagintsev “Forever and ever”. Filming took place in Prague, Moscow, Kaliningrad, Moscow and Kaluga regions. In some scenes, more than 700 people were in the frame at the same time, more than 1200 historical costumes were used, some of which were specially made, and some were brought from the Czech Republic, Poland and Germany.

The city of Nuremberg is located on the American territory of Germany. It is there that lawyers from all over the world and representatives of countries come together to participate or follow the trial of international criminals. According to the plot, a young translator, who speaks foreign languages, Igor Volgin, who has already received a terrible experience of the war, arrives there as part of the Soviet delegation. On one of the streets of Nuremberg, he meets a girl Lena. Feelings arise between the characters, proving that the worst times are over…
