The girls’ brigade redoubles its efforts
Olivia and Louis spent the night with Claire at Seven’s family home. The latter finally managed to sleep, thanks to the medicine that was given to him. But when he wakes up, he still feels sick. She admits to feeling useless about her career, which has essentially been in her husband’s shadow. Olivia suggests going home and talking to Constance about it.
Meanwhile, in the atelier, the girls are in pain. They worked all night to prepare the tasting. Informed by Louis, however, they are confident that Chef Guino has been found unharmed. Just then, Miriel arrives to tell them the bad news: Daphne contacted her to inform them of a change in the program. Diane Leir doesn’t want an appetizer for her birthday, but a classic menu.
The girls are completely disappointed. They believe that creating an effective menu in three hours is a suicide mission. Anais and Salome then decide to come and help them as reinforcements. They motivate them, offering to adjust their bite into dishes.
In turn, Claire confides in Constance about her discomfort, which has been going on for months. The nurse recognizes the signs of burns. When Claire goes upstairs to rest, Constance advises Olivia and Louis to take her to a specialist. An upset Louis admits to Olivia that he’s relieved there were two on the ground.
Daphne comes late to the atelier. After the scandal of Chef Guinot’s disappearance, she decides to cancel the organization of Diane Leir’s birthday party at the institute. Miriel pleads the cause of the Women’s Brigade to no avail.
The girls are terribly disappointed. In the park, they meet Chief Guinot, who apologizes for his behavior and urges them not to let anything happen as a brigade. Therefore, Hortense, Ambre, Deva and Jasmin decide to take on the leadership role by contacting Miss France 2022 directly.
Meanwhile, Claire joins Antoine in his office with Louis and Olivia. They all offer to lighten his schedule so he can rest. But Claire thought: the kitchen was over for her. He is resigning…
Lisandro arranges a marriage proposal
Lisandro confirms to Zachary that he is going to marry Anais soon. He thinks the time is right. After finding each other, they are madly in love like on the first day.
Later, Lisandro takes Theo into full service to ask for permission to privatize Double A the following Friday. Theo gives him approval when he needs information. Thus, he learns, without being hurt, that Lisandro is planning to surprise Anais.
At the Economat, Lisandro asks Anais to free up the following Friday night for a surprise. Salome, who overheard their conversation, is sure that he is going to propose marriage. To Anais, he just thinks it’s a romantic dinner to celebrate their reunion.
Later, on the terrace of Double A, Lisandro asks Theo to keep an eye on Esteban while he attends to other matters. Theo takes the opportunity to ask the little boy about the surprise Lisandro has in store for Anais. Esteban confirms to her that her father is going to ask her to marry him.
David and Solal start their project
In the studio, David and Solali explain the cafeteria idea to Miriel and Chef Armand: the pimped French bagel. The chef replies that this is a very high-calorie dish. He asks them to come up with a friendly, cheap and above all balanced menu. David promises to make a new proposal by the end of the day.
So David goes for a club sandwich with fries. Solal makes him think the same thing about a bagel, then throws a date out to lunch. The girl he’s on a date with chooses to order lasagna, which reminds him of Sunday lunches with his Italian grandmother. An interested Solal will taste it with his permission. He realizes that this is a very comforting dish and immediately calls David to share his revelation.
As her date ends, Solal joins David in the studio. So at the end of the day, they offer Miriel and Chef Armand a variation of individual portions that students can reheat, then eat on site or elsewhere. They began with variations of old-fashioned cuisine such as lasagna, gratin dauphinois, etc. Convinced, Miriel and chef Armand give them the green light to try out the menu with the students next week.
