Over the next 3 years, Okko plans to release at least 15 original projects from Sreda. The deal will allow Okko to supplement its line of original content with drama series from one of the best production companies in the market, which created the blockbusters Khrustalny, Method, Major, Trigger, Patient Zero, Chimera and many others.
The first series of the production company Sreda, created specifically for Okko, will be the drama Trassa. This is a psychological thriller about a woman who goes in search of her missing adopted daughter and is faced with a whole criminal network that kidnaps teenagers and sells them. The scriptwriter and producer is Oleg Malovichko, the director is Dushan Gligorov, the cameraman is Batyr Morgachev. This team created such hits “Wednesday” as “Crystal” and “Chimera”. The filming of “Route” will start in April 2023.
Among the next exclusive Okko projects from Sreda is the multi-episode drama Outsource, which will also be directed by Dushan Gligorov, cameraman by Batyr Morgachev, and showrunner by Anna Kozlova (Mediator, Praying Mantis Female).
