In celebration of Stan Lee’s 100th birthday on December 28, 2022, Marvel has announced a documentary for Disney+ dedicated to the famous author. The trailer compiled all of his appearances in various MCU films.
The release date has just been announced, June 16. The documentary will premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival. Very little is known about this project, except that it is supposed to chart his entire journey, from his first superhero creation in 1941 to his phenomenal rise.

The Stan Lee film is directed by filmmaker David Gelb, who notably directed the Marvel 616 documentaries and the Obi-Wan Kenobi series.
