Five years after the release of The Equalizer 2, Denzel Washington finds himself in a costume by vigilante Robert McCall and director Antoine Fuqua. In this new adventure, presented as the “final chapter” in the trailer, Denzel Washington retires to Italy. When events take a deadly turn, McCall knows what to do: protect his friends against the mafia.

The Equalizer 3, directed by Antoine Fuqua, with Dakota Fanning (in the first opus and returning here), Gaia Scodelaro and an Italian cast, will be released on August 30, 2023.
This trailer was released at CinemaCon, which is currently taking place in Las Vegas. Denzel Washington was in attendance and took the microphone to thank the public as he accepted his Lifetime Achievement Award from director Antoine Fuqua.
