Microsoft and Remedy Entertainment recommended it Quantum Break has returned to Xbox Game Pass and digital stores after the game was temporarily removed due to licensing issues.

The announcement was made on the Xbox profile on Twitter:

Earlier this month, Xbox marketing chief Aaron Greenberg explained that the removal of Quantum Break was temporary and that it was due to licensing issues that needed to be renewed.

Quantum Break is an action game with a cinematic storyline, starring such famous actors as Lance Reddick, Aidan Gillen and Dominic Monaghan.

In the game, a scientific experiment has damaged the very fabric of time and two people discover that they have been changed and have acquired extraordinary abilities. One of them travels through time and starts trying to control this power. The other uses her newfound abilities to try to defeat him and mend the fabric of time before it becomes irreparable. Both take on difficult missions and make dramatic decisions that will determine what the future will be like.

Quantum Break is available for PC, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S. The game is included in the Game Pass catalog.
